Middle SEO Specialist

We are looking for Middle SEO Specialist a to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies;
• Drive websites to top positions in Google and maintain high rankings;
• Create comprehensive content and link-building plans;
• Analyze SERPs and competitor strategies to inform SEO efforts;
• Achieve defined KPIs, monitor SEO performance, and prepare detailed reports;
• Plan and optimize SEO-related expenditures;
• Research and test SEO hypotheses, including new traffic acquisition sources.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in highly competitive niches;
• Demonstrated success in promoting websites in grey or highly competitive niches over the last 3–6 months;
• Experience managing multiple GEOs, including proven success in the EU market, and handling SEO for large portfolios of websites;
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors;
• Ability to respond quickly to algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly;
• Strong grasp of website development principles and technical infrastructure;
• Experience dealing with search engine filters, manual actions, and domain-level penalties;
• Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization best practices;
• Practical experience with link-building: evaluating backlink quality, building anchor lists, and working with external platforms;
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian;
• Intermediate level of English.
