At Rockets Tech, you will play a key role in automating CRM processes and optimizing customer interactions. Your expertise will help enhance the user experience and improve communication efficiency with our clients. You will work on implementing and refining CRM solutions, leveraging data analytics to develop personalized strategies that enable us to maintain high service standards and achieve outstanding results in customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results.
• Automating promotions, continuously analyzing and improving them.
• Launching new trigger campaigns based on successful A/B test results.
• Analyzing and reporting the effectiveness of trigger campaigns.
• Working with Tableau.
• Updating documentation and describing trigger workflows.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a CRM Manager.
• Experience in CRM system automation. Experience with CRM Rio/Creatio is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking. Ability to analyze CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strategic mindset. Ability to develop CRM strategies to achieve company business goals.
• Stress-resilience. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining high work quality and productivity.
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and responsibility.
• English proficiency (B1).
