Middle Media Buyer

Main responsibilities:

• Setting up, launching and optimizing advertising campaigns by various metrics
• Negotiating and communicating with advertising networks and platforms
• Search and implement new strategies to scale traffic acquisition (new ad networks, formats, etc.)
• Conducting competitive research and tracking changes in the industry
• Preparation of technical specifications for the preparation of creatives (pre-lands); setting tasks and monitoring their implementation
• Achievement of established KPIs for traffic acquisition in own area of responsibility

Important for us:

• Experience with buying traffic in advertising networks (Push, Pop, Native, Video, etc.). Experience with visual advertising formats (Native/Banner) will be a plus
• Ability to work with large budgets and data volumes
• Confident Excel user, familiar with analytical systems (Power BI, Tableau or others)
• Understanding of basic metrics (ROI, LTV, GGR/NGR, CPM/CPC, CR, CTR)
• Experience with tracking systems (Keitaro, Binom, Voluum and/or others)
• Proven experience in the interactive online entertainment niche (or other verticals). Experience with geo EU or other regions (except CIS) is a big plus
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or higher
