What you’ll achieve in this role:

• Develop original creative solutions for event promotions across various placements (banners, landing pages, social media materials, product ads);
• Generate new ideas, analyze existing solutions, and continuously improve design approaches;
• Influence visual decisions that enhance brand recognition and improve engagement and growth metrics for our products;
• Analyze your work, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of final products is maintained.

What you’ll need for this role:

• At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer;
• A portfolio showcasing your skills, style, and expertise;
• Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma;
• A solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and composition;
• Essential knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals;
• Understanding of marketing metrics is a plus;
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines;
• A team-oriented mindset, initiative, and a desire for continuous growth.
