CRM Manager

Job Description

  • Set up bonus and promo campaigns;
  • Build communication flow logic;
  • Segment players for targeted campaigns;
  • Analyze campaign performance;
  • Test and automate customer journey flows;
  • Work with Tableau dashboards;
  • Communicate with users across the lifecycle;
  • Brief and coordinate content team tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in the Gambling industry;
  • Strong Excel and Tableau skills;
  • Understanding of key CRM metrics;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
  • Languages: Native Ukrainian, English B1;
  • Strong attention to detail.
