Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a PR strategy to attract new partners and increase brand awareness.
- Research and evaluate potential partner acquisition channels, assessing their effectiveness.
- Identify and engage new partners for long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Manage and maintain current partner acquisition and brand awareness channels, including social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or PR within affiliate marketing.
- Experience in the gambling industry is preferred but not required.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Participation in international conferences is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Understanding of key partner acquisition channels beyond social media and conferences.
- Basic knowledge of traffic sources, marketing funnels, monetization methods, and traffic quality evaluation.
- Native Ukrainian is required
