CRM Manager
Job Description
- Set up bonus and promo campaigns;
 - Build communication flow logic;
 - Segment players for targeted campaigns;
 - Analyze campaign performance;
 - Test and automate customer journey flows;
 - Work with Tableau dashboards;
 - Communicate with users across the lifecycle;
 - Brief and coordinate content team tasks.
 
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in the Gambling industry;
 - Strong Excel and Tableau skills;
 - Understanding of key CRM metrics;
 - Excellent communication skills;
 - Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
 - Languages: Native Ukrainian, English B1;
 - Strong attention to detail.
