Senior CRM Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting A/B tests and analyzing them
• Automation of promotions and their continuous analysis and improvement
• Launching new trigger chains based on successfully conducted A/B tests
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of trigger chains
• Work with Tableau system for data visualization
• Updating of documentation and description of trigger chains

Important for us:

• Experience in automating CRM systems. Experience with CRM Rio/Creatio is desirable
• Analytical thinking, ability to analyze CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop strategies for using CRM to achieve the company’s business goals
• Stress tolerance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining high quality of work and productivity
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, responsibility
• English at B1 level or higher
