At Rockets Tech, as a Middle International Lawyer (Payments and Compliance), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance within our innovative projects. Your expertise will be critical in managing payment solutions, navigating complex compliance landscapes, and supporting the growth of our business in alignment with international standards. You will be integral in driving operational excellence and safeguarding our brand’s reputation in the global market.

Block 1 – Payment Solutions/KYC

• Managing the process of signing contracts with payment providers/cryptocurrency providers.
• Overseeing the KYC/onboarding process for payment providers/cryptocurrency providers.
• Managing the process of opening bank accounts/EMI accounts.
• Supporting the KYC processes for company officers (directors, shareholders, beneficiaries).
• Preparing responses to incoming KYC requests (current/annual) regarding our legal entities.
• Maintaining KYC documentation for the companies, ensuring its regular updates and relevance.
• Preparing and maintaining internal team resources within the specialist’s functional scope (e.g., contract signing status tables, regulations, and policies).
• Communicating with agents of our legal entities regarding contract signing.

Block 2 – Product Compliance

• Ensuring company products (websites) comply with licensing requirements and international legislation in the field of interactive online entertainment, in coordination with the Product team to ensure compliance.
• Developing and updating documents and policies (e.g., AML/KYC, data protection, etc.).
• Conducting regular audits of products to identify non-compliance with licensing and legal requirements, coordinating with the Product team to resolve these issues.
• Collaborating with regulators to obtain, update, and renew licenses in partnership with the CLO.
• Supporting requests from the Product team.
• Required English Proficiency Level: Intermediate or higher.
